1. Available Payment Methods (Payment Methods Available):

We accept the following payment options:

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net System
  • Cash on Documentary (COD) – Applicable in certain regions only
  • Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.)

2. Provision of Cash on Store (COD):

  • COD is available only on select models and pincodes.
    *Customer is required to make full payment at the shop.

*If customer does not accept personalization, COD facility may be closed in future.

3. Payment Security (Payment Security):

All offline payments on our website are 100% secure.

We use SSL records so that your bank details are completely trusted.

We do not store any customer card/UPI information.

4. Payment Failed or Double Cut (Failed or Duplicate Payment):

  • If your payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, please wait for 24 hours.
  • If payment status is not cleared in 24 hours, you can contact our team.

5. Credit Policy (Refund):

  • If the order is cancelled or you do not have credit, your payment will be refunded through credit card for 5-7 working days. *The waiver will only apply to Germany orders which were cancelled as per the company’s policies.

  • As soon as the prepaid payment is confirmed, the order is processed within 24 to 48 hours.

  • If the order is delayed for any reason, the customer will be notified.

  • Once the payment is done, it is not possible to cancel or change the order (unless it is shipped).

  • If money is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically refunded within 5-7 working days.

  • If the product is not shipped
